Eligibility: Scholarships are available to healthcare providers involved in EMS and trauma care and serving the Central Arizona Region, which includes Maricopa, Pinal, and Gila counties.

Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scholarship Terms

  • Scholarship Coverage: The scholarship covers one registration fee for in-person attendance at the EMS and Prehospital Care Conference, coordinated by Phoenix Children’s Hospital on November 9, 2026.
  • Conference Registration: If you are awarded an AEMS scholarship, you do not need to register separately for the conference. AEMS will coordinate arrangements with Phoenix Children’s Hospital to register you for the conference.
  • Application and Approval: Application submission does not guarantee a scholarship. Scholarships are subject to eligibility review, availability, and approval by AEMS. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship status.
  • Attendance Commitment: Scholarship recipients must attend the entire conference in person. Failure to attend the entire conference may affect eligibility for future AEMS education scholarships or discounted opportunities.
  • AEMS Evaluation: Scholarship recipients must agree to complete an AEMS evaluation following the event to share what they learned and how they will apply it to patient care.
