 ical Directors Consortium (CAREMDC) meeting on <strong>November 4 at 1pm</

  directors and representatives from both hospitals and agencies join us. T
 he thoughtful contributions from both have made CAREMDC a very meaningful 
 meeting in the past and we anticipate the same success in the future.</p>
 \n\n<p> Agenda will be distributed prior to meeting and includes:</p>\n\n
 \n<p>\n  We also have a Microsoft Teams link for rural partners who have a
  hardship attending in person. We acknowledge that while this meeting is b
 est conducted in person\, there will occasionally be other situations wher
 e virtual may be the only option—so please reach out and we can discuss if
